輪胎粉
我公司生產(chǎn)的輪胎粉是由大型破膠機(jī)6組、磨粉機(jī)12臺生產(chǎn)。生產(chǎn)機(jī)器溫度可控冰水冷卻，使橡膠粉在生產(chǎn)過程中的有效成分不會喪失，生產(chǎn)的橡膠制品指標(biāo)優(yōu)良、光潔度好；研磨式膠粉：細(xì)度有保證；有規(guī)則運(yùn)動：可以有效打順橡膠粉，使其不結(jié)塊。其主要成份天然硫化膠和丁苯化膠。
實際應(yīng)用中這種純胎面膠要比雜膠的摩擦系數(shù)與磨損都將提高10%，而且生產(chǎn)的剎車片彈性要好，能有效降低制品硬度，利于減少制動噪音，更由于輪胎粉價格比其他各種有機(jī)填料便宜，因而長期為摩擦材料企業(yè)廣泛使用。
