    PPA強(qiáng)度、韌度和硬度優(yōu)越性能,以及其良好的耐熱件,耐化學(xué)性及抗開裂能力

     

    PPA由于高溫和高濕環(huán)境下仍能保持強(qiáng)度和硬度,可在傳統(tǒng)的尼龍和聚酯所無法隨的就用中替換金屬

     

    PPA塑料還具有優(yōu)越的表面光澤性??梢詫?duì)其進(jìn)行著色而避免了表面噴涂,從而有助于降低表面劃痕和刮痕的明顯程度。

     

    PPA塑料還具有良好的可加工性,并允許短的注塑循環(huán)時(shí)間

     

    與PA46相比:

     

    PPA具有比PA46更好的CTI/耐電弧能和紅外同流能力;

     

    PPA具有比PA46更好的耐化學(xué)性;

    GreenLine 提供了一系列特殊特性,從非常柔韌到極端剛硬,從高耐熱性或耐水解性到完全透明。

     

    EMS-GRIVORY 所開發(fā)的 GreenLine 主要目標(biāo)是向客戶提供由可再生原料制成的產(chǎn)品,這些產(chǎn)品擁有卓越的特性,并且已證明在生產(chǎn)制程中能夠減輕對(duì)環(huán)境的影響。從技術(shù)角度來看,GreenLine 產(chǎn)品在原油聚酰胺中是首屈一指的。

     

    從“從搖籃到大門”的角度來看,GreenLine 產(chǎn)品使用通過化學(xué)制程從可再生原料蓖麻油中獲得的單體,因此環(huán)境影響較之原油聚酰胺大為改進(jìn)。在聚酰胺及其前體的整個(gè)生產(chǎn)制程中,破壞氣候的氣體總排放量可減少高達(dá) 3/4(因產(chǎn)品而異)。

     

    盡管 GreenLine 產(chǎn)品使用可再生原料,但是他們并不是可生物降解的聚合物。他們的耐久性可與原油聚酰胺相媲美。
