    PA46特性

     

            

            1.PA46是一種多用途,玻璃增強(qiáng),符合UL VO規(guī)定的的阻燃型UL級(jí)材料。        

        

            2.具有易加工性和卓越的流動(dòng)性能        

        

            3.具有卓越的抗拉強(qiáng)度,良好的絕熱性能        

        

            4.阻燃 ; 可電鍍 ; 經(jīng)熱穩(wěn)處理的;耐熱的        

        

            5.高剛度保持性能,同時(shí)表現(xiàn)出良好的高溫抗蠕變性。        

        

            6.剛度和蠕變模量由于相同玻璃增強(qiáng)程度的 PPS,PEI和PES        

        

            7.它可以用于薄壁部分達(dá)到 0.1毫米的零件而沒有飛邊。        

    

     

    一.PA46在電器中的應(yīng)用
     Stanyl用于日用品、廚房用具、小電器、家用電器、電動(dòng)工具和花園器具,比其它塑料材料更具優(yōu)勢(shì)。
在廚房中,金屬或木制的器具正逐漸被塑料制品所取代,因?yàn)樗芰系脑O(shè)計(jì)自由度更大,還有一點(diǎn)是由于對(duì)細(xì)菌的考慮。如果使用溫度不是很高,則可以使用PA66產(chǎn)品。如果是在熱油中則不能使用PA66產(chǎn)品。Stanyl在280℃以下的溫度中不會(huì)出現(xiàn)變形,而且Stanyl的TE品級(jí)制品符合多數(shù)歐洲國(guó)家對(duì)食品用品的要求。
電水壺和電爐以恒溫開關(guān)控制安全,在使用過程中,復(fù)合鋼材周圍的溫度可能會(huì)超過275℃。Stanyl的熱變形溫度,以及無,毛刺和良好的韌性(對(duì)于卡式接頭)等都比用PPS更好。
二.Stanyl 在齒輪、軸承和軸承罩的應(yīng)用
     Stanyl的高結(jié)晶度和良好的晶狀結(jié)構(gòu)使它比其它多數(shù)工程塑膠和耐熱塑料具有更佳的抗疲勞強(qiáng)度。Stanyl的抗疲勞強(qiáng)度優(yōu)于PPA、PPS和PA66。而對(duì)于齒輪、拉鏈器來說,抗疲勞強(qiáng)度很重要。
     Stanyl還有極好的耐磨性,大多數(shù)情況下耐磨性能優(yōu)于其它許多工程塑料。
     對(duì)Stanyl,PA66和POM的耐磨性進(jìn)行了比較。雖然這些材料的典型產(chǎn)品的摩擦系數(shù)很相似,但Stanyl比它們要好許多。這主要是由于Stanyl的PV額定值較高,從而允許對(duì)Stanyl施加高壓或高速。
     改性Stanyl有更好的耐磨性,有非增強(qiáng)型和玻纖增強(qiáng)型兩種。Stanyl表面光滑堅(jiān)固,加之在高溫下的剛性使其成為滑動(dòng)部件的理想材料。這些滑動(dòng)制件包括,閥提升桿、拉鏈器等和止推墊圈。
