AMPLIFY? GR 209 Functional Polymer is a post reactor maliec anhydride grafted (MAH) polymer. The base polymer is an ethylene-butene copolymer exhibiting high flexibility and elasticity. It can be utilized in monolayer and coextruded films and in blends with other polyolefins to enhance toughness of the structure. This product is a low gel MAH-grafted elastomer useful to improve impact resistance for polyamide or other engineering resins and to enhance interlayer adhesion in co-extruded films.
簡介：乙烯-丁烯共聚物POE類型馬萊酸酐接枝樹脂，具有高柔韌性和高彈性，單層或共擠薄膜用，以及其他塑料聚合物增韌改性用。低凝膠馬萊酸酐接枝彈性體，能提高尼龍聚酰胺或者其他工程材料如PBT、PC、PET的沖擊性，并能增強共擠薄膜之間的附著力。
其在改善聚合物的沖擊韌性及提高延伸率上有明顯的效果，特別適用于尼龍類改性材料的常低溫增韌、增強增韌及超韌化，對于改善尼龍的吸水率也有很好的效果。用于PA6及PA66的低溫增韌，耐低溫可達到-40℃尼龍通用型增韌劑，具有優(yōu)異的熱穩(wěn)定性。
