冷熱水管不要同槽

水路改造時(shí)，PPR管材管件，冷熱水管要不要同槽，而且兩者之間距離保持10cm以上。如果熱水管緊挨冷水管，會(huì)降低熱水管的保溫性，熱水很快就會(huì)變冷。這里還要提醒大家，水管開(kāi)槽較深，要避免開(kāi)開(kāi)橫槽，橫槽會(huì)破壞墻體結(jié)構(gòu)。

If the hot water pipe is close to the cold water pipe， the heat preservation of the hot water pipe will be reduced， and the hot water will soon become cold. PPR管對(duì)比鋁塑管區(qū)別

進(jìn)地下車(chē)庫(kù)的電纜保護(hù)管，套管必須出墻0.5m左右，便于后期電纜封堵及外墻防水。

提前準(zhǔn)備后期配套設(shè)施的規(guī)劃圖紙，如供配電施工圖紙及室外管網(wǎng)圖。這樣可以縮短交房時(shí)間和節(jié)約成本。

地下車(chē)庫(kù)的電氣預(yù)埋前結(jié)合風(fēng)管、管道圖紙，避免燈具與風(fēng)管和管道重疊，造成后期燈具安裝時(shí)敷設(shè)明線，PPR管材管件咨詢(xún)，增加造價(jià)及影響美觀。
